How to Create a Backup Service in Acronis Cloud

  1. Log in to your Sharktech Client Area and click on "My Services".





  2. Select Cloud Backup Service.





  3. Click on "Back Up Portal Link" .





  4. Login to Backup portal link with your User ID and Password.





  5. Click on "Cyber Protection".




  6. You are logged in you Cyber Protection Dashboard.




  7. Now Click on "DEVICES"





  8. Click on "Show all options"





  9. Click on "Windows"





  10. You will have "Sharktech_AgentForWindows_web.exe" to download as a client. 





  11. Run the Installer and click on "Install"





  12. Wait until the downloading and installation completes.





  13. Click on "Register workload"





  14. It will took back to your web based Dashboard, a Window Pop-ups with a Registration Code, Choose your account.





  15. Click on Confirm Registration





  16. A small pop-up on the right corner will display the registration and connection confirmation.





  17. Now you can see you device registered in the Dashboard and displaying with the Computer Name.





  18. A schedule backup is added in the scheduler to start Backup on a Certain Time. If you want to start the backup instantly, please CLICK HERE.


  19. You're Done.
